A gift for you
A plan for your job search, built around you: your own map of what's most likely in the way of interviews, the full course with a film for every step, and every draft checked before it goes out. It's yours to accept or not, and nothing starts until you do.
If you say no, they're refunded in full. You can always start on your own later with the free check.

For a son or daughter finishing a computer science degree, or already looking for their first engineering role, wherever they study. They get their own map, the full course, and daily roles once their resume is ready. You get a weekly note on their progress, if they agree.

They get an email from me with what it is. If they accept, their map opens that day. If it isn't for them, you're refunded in full. You hear either way.
Steps finished, notes and applications sent, replies, and what's next. Never what we talk about on calls, never their drafts. Either of you can stop it.
Plans to give
Both plans include everything in the free check and the full course. There's no free trial on a gift. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. Checkout shows them in your own currency.

Straight answers
Someone 18 or older who can already write software and wants an engineering role: in their final year of a computer science degree, a recent graduate who hasn't found a position yet, or someone who needs a project that makes a team stop and look. For now it's built for engineering roles in the United States, including remote US teams.
Yes, and the final year is a good time. Many new-graduate roles open close to a year before the start date, and a project built now is ready when they apply.
If they agree: a short weekly email with the steps they finished, how many notes and applications they sent, replies, and what's next. You won't see what we talk about on calls, their drafts, or the drafts they're working on. If they'd rather keep it private, you'll get one email saying they accepted.
Complete is $97 a month, billed to you from the day you give it, for at most 12 payments ($1,164), then it stops. They're never charged. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt; if you cancel before the 12th payment, their map pauses at the end of the month you paid for. Paying once is $997 instead of $1,164.
They say so from the email, and you're refunded in full. It works far better as their choice than as an assignment, so I'd rather they decline than start reluctantly.
No, and be wary of anyone who says it is. A company's yes is theirs. What I promise is the work: their map, the course, and the daily roles and drafts, with every send and reply tracked.
Aden Jessee. I'm a working engineer: I build applied AI and agentic systems now, and I built software for years before that. GridSchool is the system I built to plan and run a job search the way I'd run an engineering project.
